Children's Athletics Resumes after Christmas Break |

We hope you all had a good break. Since most schools in the area do not start back until the beginning of February, the Children's Athletics programe will resume on Wednesday 3rd February at the normal times (i.e. 5:30pm for 3-6 year olds and 6:00pm for 7 and older). |

Runners Plodders Walkers All Ages Open to both members and non-members 12 Events held 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the Month 6.15pm for handicapping The aim of the handicapping is that all runners finish about the same time then onto the bike for a set time of riding (30 minutes on the first day, building up over the weeks). Dates October 10th November 10th & 24th December 8th & 22nd January 12th & 26th February 9th & 23rd March 10th & 24th |
